Delivery and Refunds

Delivery Times- Standard Products: 

All items will be delivered within 5 working business days unless they are out of stock.  Should an item be out of stock you will be notified via email with an new estimated delivery date. 

Delivery days are working days and therefore weekends and bank holidays are not counted as delivery days 

Delivery areas: 

We deliver throughout the UK excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. 

Delivery Cost: 

Any item up to 5kg is £3.95

5-10Kg: £9 

Stoves are subject to £65 delivery charge. 

This includes postage and packaging costs and there is only one charge per order.  

Packaging:

We will ensure that your orders are packed on time and packed with their safe delivery in mind.  Any fragile item will be marked clearly as to protect it during transit. 

Please bear in mind that Stoves will be delivered on their own pallet and will need 2 people to carry in to your home or storage.  Our delivery drivers are not allowed to lift stoves in for you. 

Returns and Refunds:

Should you wish to return your purchased item for please contact us for a returns instructions, we will issue a Returns Authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.  We will need to know the reason for your refund request. 

You have 28 days to return any product. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item

 You will be responsible for postage for return and upon receipt of the item we will be able to issue a full refund within 14 working days.  

Goods that are returned back to us are the customer’s responsibility. If goods are returned to us and are damaged it is your responsibility to claim the cost back from the courier. Please ensure goods are well packed when returning them back to us to prevent any complications.

 

If sending goods by post please ensure you use a postal service that requires a signature. Fuels are non-refundable due to the high costs for return delivery.

International Shipping: 

At this point we are unable to ship internationally. 

Payments: 

We can accept all card payments through Stripe for online purchases.  We are able to accept Bank Transfers for all installations.
